Q: Are your artworks paintings or prints?

A: Each piece is a high-quality fine art print of an original digital print, which makes our artwork so affordable while being created with vibrant archival inks and premium materials to ensure lasting color and detail.

Q: Are frames included with the artwork?

A: Frames are not automatically included, but you can add a frame during customization. We offer several high-quality frame finishes to complement each print.

Q: What sizes do your artworks come in?

A: Our traditional (rectangular) pieces come in sizes from (16x20 in.) to (40x60 in.), portrait (square) artworks are available in (20x20 in.) and (40x40 in.) while landscape (horizontal) comes in sizes (24x16 in.), (36x24 in.), and (60x40.in)

Q: Are the colors on the website true to the actual prints?

A: Yes — each print is professionally color-calibrated. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, but we ensure the print reflects the original artwork’s richness.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Each print is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and an additional 3–5 days for shipping (depending on your location).

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?

A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediatly or (within 7 days) of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
