No-Refund Policy
At Divine Print, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that go into every design we create. Each piece is inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production begins. However, we value our customers deeply and will always do our very best to make things right.
Returns & Replacements
If you receive an artwork that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork with a detailed description and photos of the issue.
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Once the issue is verified, we will gladly offer either:
- A replacement of the same artwork (if available), or
- Another artwork of your choice of equal value, in the same size and frame originally chosen.
2. Please note that this policy applies only if the problem originated from our end (e.g., damage during production, misprint, or incorrect item sent).
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size or frame.
Any artwork that has been altered, damaged, or used after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Quality Assurance
While it is highly unlikely that you will receive a defective piece due to our thorough quality checks, we understand that mistakes can happen. If they do, we will handle your concern with care and integrity to ensure your satisfaction.
